Dr. Chapman graduated from the Ohio College of Podiatric Medicine. Dr. Chapman received specialized training in diabetic wound care during a fellowship program at the University of Texas Health Science Center in San Antonio.
He is board certified and recognized as a Diplomate by the American Board of Lower Extremity Surgery and is a Fellow of the American Professional Wound Care Association. He served on the State of Tennessee Department of Health, Podiatric Board of Registry from 1996 to 2003. He is an honorably discharged veteran of the U.S. Air Force where he served in the Special Forces.
Stephen and his wife, Kathie, live in Cookeville with their children Jamie, Jesse and Katiebeth.
